 Validate Credit Card submissions in Real-time - This program allows you (the merchant) to automatically validate a credit card number. This procedure verifies that the entry does indeed follow standard credit card algorithms. "Validation" helps to accomplish two things: First, it prevents data entry errors and secondly, implements basic fraud verification.

All credit cards follow a standardized numeric format which matches the number to a certain bank. If the numbers entered do not match that specific format, SecureCommerce Pro will immediately reject the card and notify the card holder that it was rejected. Please note that "validation" does NOT mean "authorization". Validation is only the first step that an online merchant should consider when accepting online orders.

 Quickly Identify Data Entry Errors - Immediately notify the user of an improperly entered credit card number before it is transmitted. This saves the merchant time and money from having to go through the entire credit card authorization process with a bad credit card number as follows:

• Submitting the number for approval by credit card processing network
• The number being denied
• Being charged for the authorization attempt
• Having to contact the customer to obtain corrected credit card information
• Having to resubmit the card for reauthorization

 Reduce Credit Card Fraud - If the credit card number does not match up with the proper bank, the Form will not process.

 Secure Transmission of Messages - SecureCommerce Pro supports PGP encryption which allows secure transmission of Form results.

There are 3 points to consider in the message transmission process: User's Browser, Web Server, & Vendor's E-mail Account. When a user submits information into a form, it is transmitted to the web server. If the web server is a secure server that using SSL (secure socket layer), the transmission between the user's browser and the server is typically secure. However, the transmission of information from the server to the vendor's E-mail address is typically NOT secure - or encrypted.

SecureCommerce Pro can encrypt via PGP the message being transmitted from the server to the vendor. This secures the last segment of transmission, effectively completing the total transmission loop (or session).

 Receipt/Thank You - Allows you (the merchant) to automatically send a receipt, thank you, or confirmation of order via E-mail to the User after a Form is filled out.
 E-mail Attachments - Allows you (the merchant) to automatically send an E-mail attachment (file or program).
 Templates - Our templates make it easy for you (the merchant) to configure the output (presentation) of both your E-mails and Web Pages as responses to Web Form entries.
