Nether-Mail for WindowsNT

Nether-Mail is a World Wide Web based form to email originally written on the Unix platform by Ilia Mirkin and Ben Congleton of NetherNet. Ported to WindowsNT, Nether-Mail allows clients with DevMailer to have their submitted forms converted to email for easy use and manipulation.
