Q: With GroupMailer, will the e-mail I send and recieve go through the ISP's e-mail server or does your software create a direct connection to the net bypassing the ISP's Server?

A:  Our e-mail software requires you to connect to an SMTP Mail Server. Usually, this is a server provided by your ISP. You do not necessarily need to connect to your ISP's mail server if you have access to a mail server somewhere else on the Internet. All e-mail client software packages from any vendor require a mail server to send and receive mail.
